Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-06-12. Written in plain language, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not a policy.

What this site collects

This marketing site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers. There is no analytics pixel, no advertising beacon, and no session identifier following you between pages. The site is statically generated; reading it does not create an account, a profile, or a marketing record anywhere.

Server logs

Like nearly every server on the internet, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard access logs: the IP address that made a request, the user agent that made it, the page requested, and a timestamp. We retain these logs briefly and use them for exactly one purpose — detecting and investigating abuse, attacks, and operational faults. They are not used for marketing, profiling, or measurement, and they are not shared.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use that information only to respond to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not sell or share contact information with anyone.

Product telemetry

The Summit platform is a separate system from this website. Data handled by the platform — including any telemetry it generates — is governed by the customer agreement covering that deployment, not by this policy. If you are a customer, your contract is the controlling document; if you are evaluating us, ask and we will walk you through it.

Subprocessors

Our subprocessors for this website are limited to hosting infrastructure providers — the companies that physically serve these pages. We do not pass visitor data to analytics vendors, data brokers, or advertising networks, because we do not collect the data they would want.

Your requests

If you want to know what information we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email brian@summitcognitive.ai with the subject line PRIVACY. We answer within two business days. Given how little this site collects, the honest answer will usually be: an email thread you sent us, and nothing else.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and state what changed. We will not quietly swap promises out from under you.
